From browsing to pickup, we make it easy to shop local and support your community farmers market.

Step 1 — Browse & Build Your Cart

Explore products from multiple local vendors all in one place. Filter by category, vendor, or season. Each product shows availability, pricing, and which farm it comes from.

Step 2 — Choose Your Pickup Details

Select your preferred market location, pickup date, and time window. Most markets offer Saturday pickups with 2-hour windows. You'll receive a confirmation email with your pickup details.

📅 Orders must be placed by Thursday 11:59 PM for that weekend's pickup.

Step 3 — Pay Securely Online

Checkout with one secure payment for all your vendors. We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets. You can also add a small donation at checkout to support local food shelters.

Step 4 — Pick Up at the Market

Show up during your window and head to the HarvestLink pickup table. Show your order confirmation (email or phone), and your freshly packed order will be ready and waiting. No standing in line!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel orders up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After that, cancellations are at the vendor's discretion. Contact us at support@harvestlink.com for help.
Can I add items after placing my order?
You can place a new order alongside your existing one before the Thursday cutoff. We'll combine them for pickup if possible.
What if I miss my pickup window?
Contact us right away. We'll do our best to arrange a pickup with the vendor, but perishable items may not be held after the market closes.
Are all products organic?
Not all — but every vendor is vetted for sustainable practices. Products are labeled Certified Organic when applicable. Look for the green badge on the product listing.
How does the donation work?
At checkout, you can add $1, $2, $5, or a custom amount. 100% of donations go directly to local food shelters. Vendors can also log surplus food after market day, which gets tracked on our Impact Dashboard.
